In these terms and conditions any reference to Solar Search USA LLC shall mean any applicable company within the Solar Search USA LLC Group and any Solar Search Program including the Green Work Experience Program.
These provisions regulate among other things the terms and conditions of membership to Solar Search USA LLC websites and Solar Search USA LLC Green Work Experience Program, but not limited to, “Green Work Experience” and “Green Job Experience” (together referred to as the “Solar Search USA LLC Sites” or just a “Site”). By using this website you accept and undertake to follow these terms and conditions which constitute a binding agreement (“Agreement”) between Solar Search USA LLC and you.
A member is defined as a person who has accepted these conditions, completed the registration either on a Solar Search USA LLC Site or through an electronic survey and whose account has been approved by Solar Search USA LLC. Membership is personal and may only be used by the person or company for whom it has been authorized. On the majority of the Solar Search USA LLC Sites only physical persons may be granted membership.
You have a limited, terminable, non-exclusive right to access and use the Solar Search USA LLC Site only for your personal use. You agree that you are solely responsible for the content of any document you post to the Site and any consequences arising from such posting.

If at any time you find the terms and conditions unacceptable, you may not use the Site any longer. Any new or different terms supplied by you are specifically rejected by Solar Search USA LLC unless Solar Search USA LLC agrees to them in a signed document specifically including those new or different terms. Members will occasionally be invited to participate in surveys. Taking part in such surveys makes the activity level bar on the user’s career profile grow. When invited to a survey, a member is provided with a link that gives him/her access to the survey. Members undertake not to provide access to the link to any third party and to store the link in such a way that no other person may obtain access to it. Nor may a member use another person's membership or the unique link belonging to it. Members undertake to advise Solar Search USA LLC immediately if there is any suspicion that a third party has obtained access to or used a member's personal link.
Legislation and conduct
Members undertake to observe all prevailing United States and/or international applicable legislation as a basis for membership on any Solar Search USA LLC Site. Members undertake not in any way to affect the software product or the function of any Solar Search USA LLC Site (e.g. by performing additions, deletions or in any way changing the applicable Solar Search USA LLC Site) and not to introduce any virus, etc., that might cause damage to the Solar Search USA LLC Site or information.
Insofar possible these terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Sweden without respect to its conflict of laws principles.
Secrecy and intellectual property rights
Members undertake during their period of membership and thereafter as long as information comprises a business secret, other than for Solar Search USA LLC’s business, not to pass on to anyone outside Solar Search USA LLC or use for their own purposes confidential information about Solar Search USA LLC’s business and work methods with regard to systems, technology, products, designs, programming, etc., without the written consent of Solar Search USA LLC. This also applies to confidential information that Solar Search USA LLC has received from a third party, e.g. from customers.
Members also undertake not to use, disseminate or save information provided by Solar Search USA LLC and not to publish or indirectly cause the publication of articles, survey results or other material produced by Solar Search USA LLC.
The Site and all right, title, and interest in and to the Site is the sole property of Solar Search USA LLC, and is protected by copyright in various countries and international treaties. Except for the limited licenses expressly granted to you in these terms and conditions, Solar Search USA LLC reserves for itself and its licensors all other rights, titles and interests. Without limitation on the foregoing, you may not reproduce, modify, display, sell, or distribute the content on the Site, or use it in any other way for public or commercial purpose.

(d) IN NO EVENT SHALL SOLAR SEARCH USA LLC (OR ANY OF ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, SHAREHOLDERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS OR ADVERTISERS), BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT DAMAGES IN EXCESS IN THE AGGREGATE OF US$100.00 (OR, IF YOU ARE AN EMPLOYER WITH A SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH SOLAR SEARCH USA LLC, THE AMOUNTS ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU TO SOLAR SEARCH USA LLC UNDER THIS AGREEMENT IF GREATER THAN USD$100).
(e) Due to the nature of this Agreement, in addition to money damages, you agree that Solar Search USA LLC will be entitled to equitable relief upon a breach of this agreement by you.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Solar Search USA LLC, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any claims, actions or demands, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, alleging or resulting from (i) any User Content or other material You provide to any Monster Site, (ii) your use of any Website Content, or (iii) your breach of the terms of these Terms. Solar Search USA LLC shall provide notice to You promptly of any such claim, suit, or proceeding.
Solar Search USA LLC retains the right to change at any time the structure of any Solar Search USA LLC Site and the career profiles, methods, technical specifications, systems and other functions, as well as these terms and conditions. Changes to these terms and conditions of the come into force seven (7) days after the amended terms and conditions have been posted on the applicable Solar Search USA LLC Site. A member shall always visit the Solar Search USA LLC Sites in order to be up to date on the applicable terms and conditions.
You may not assign or transfer your obligations under this Agreement. No waiver of any term of this Agreement shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of all or part of a provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining parts and provisions of this Agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect.
Solar Search USA LLC is the sole interpreter of these rules. Users who violate these rules may have their access and use of the Site suspended or terminated, at Solar Search USA LLC's discretion.
Misuse of Personal Data
Any misuse of personal data from our site from employees, software and/or other members should be immediately reported to Solar Search USA using our contact form.
